Event sponsors will receive visibility before a large group of storm spotters, storm chasers, emergency managers, meteorologists, educators, risk managers, construction and building professionals, government officials, students and other persons interested in severe weather.

Vendor Table $250.00
Includes one table, two chairs, and logo and link at tessa.org, and rights to name your brand as an official vendor at the event. Wireless Internet is available. Power is available, however, vendors should supply UL-rated power cords of at least 50' and power strips that meet or exceed the power requirements of their devices.

To become a conference Sponsor or Vendor, please MAKE YOUR DONATION then contact us and tell us:

  1. If you want to be a Sponsor, which level you have purchased (Media, Primary, or Supporting).

  2. If you want to be a Vendor, how many tables you are purchasing.

  3. Your contact information.

    Once we receive donation payment confirmation and your details, we will activate the corresponding perks. Thank you.

Silent Auction Donations
Silent auction donations of books, software, framed photographs, apparel and other items can be submitted anytime prior to the conference. Each item should be labeled with donor name and web site address to receive proper recognition.
