Sponsorship and Vendor Opportunities

The TESSA 2010 National Storm Conference, a partnership between TESSA and the National Weather Service, will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Colleyville Center in Colleyville, Texas.

Event sponsors will receive visibility before a large group of storm spotters, storm chasers, emergency managers, meteorologists, educators, risk managers, construction and building professionals, government officials, students and other persons interested in severe weather.  Expected attendance is 500.

Primary Sponsors $700.00

Includes one table, two chairs and link at the www.tessa.org home page.  Wireless Internet is available at Colleyville Center.  Power is available, however, vendors should supply UL-rated power cords of at least 50' and power strips that meet or exceed the power requirements of their devices. 

Unattended Vendor Table $125.00
Includes one table and a link at the www.tessa.org home page.  Vendor must submit display materials prior to conference.

In-Kind Contributions
Door prize donations of books, software, apparel and other items can be submitted anytime prior to the conference.  Each item must be labeled with donor name and contact information to receive proper recognition.  Door prize donations can be sent to: TESSA, PO Box 122222, Arlington, Texas 76012.

The conference is free and open to the public.  Arrive early to guarantee seating.
